Grant Development & Submission:
We draft and finalize grant applications and submit to various grant organizations seeking participation in the project costs for small wind turbine installations. We also intend to apply for grants that will lead us into other renewable energy projects as we develop expertise in low impact hydro power and solar installations.
Development:
We develop project plans including cost benefit analysis, site engineering and equipment selection for small wind turbine installations
Permitting:
We secure the proper building permits and zoning variances if required for small wind turbine installations
Financing & Insurance:
We assist in securing financing and insurance coverage for small wind turbine installations
Construction:
We perform turnkey installation of small wind turbine installations or provide oversight supervision of subcontractors that the owner may select
Operations & Maintenance:
We can provide regularly scheduled or emergency maintenance service on any small wind turbine installations that we construct
Renewable Power Projects:
We will from time to time participate in renewable energy projects other than wind turbine installations. We currently anticipate developing expertise in both low impact hydro power and solar projects
Manufacturer’s Representatives:
We are in the process of establishing dealer relationships with several small wind turbine and solar system manufacturers.
Marketing & Public Relations:
Some parties object to the aesthetics of small wind turbines. Some surrounding property owners will promote NIMBY, “not in my back yard.” We will provide public notices, attend zoning meetings and will work towards alleviating any concerns and fears that any surrounding property owners may have regarding wind energy. Pennsylvania is in the process of trying to adopt a model wind ordinance which will go a long ways toward a uniform approach to wind turbine zoning in our region.
